Other than that Philippine respondents consider themselves as mobile workers (79% respondents); 20% spent time working outside their office; 64% are empowered by organizational culture and managers to work productively and collaboratively; and 53% agreed that their organization is committed at leadership level to ensure every employee is included in closing the gap in digital skills of their workforce.
