The new DIGIC 7 image processor is paired with the high sensitivity 24.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor for high resolution photos with great detail.

The EOS 800D is one of the first DSLR in Canon’s EOS line-up to be equipped with Movie digital IS. The function uses an internal gyro sensor to electronically compensate for camera shakes, even when using a lens that lack its own image stabilization mechanism. With DAF and Movie digital IS technology, the EOS 800D empowers users to record beautiful momments in Full HD resolution at a smooth 60fps.
The Time-lapse movie function allows users to shoot at specific time intervals to record movements of subjects, sunsets and even traffic.
EOS 800D comes with complete wireless connectivity from WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC. With this, users can easily transfer images and videos from the camera to the smart devices and upload them onto the Canon Image Gateway, social media platforms and cloud storage. Using the Canon Camera Connect app, users have real-time control of camera settings such as shutter speed, focus selection and self-timer remotely.
The EOS 800D comes packaged with the new compact standard zoom lens - EF-S18-55mm f/4-5.6 IS STM. Optional accessories for the EOS 800D include the new Wireless Remote Control BR-E1, which uses Bluetooth connectivity to operate the camera from anywhere within a 5m radius.
