We are greeted with clean white smartphone sporting a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS 1080p Display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass encased in all metal unibody accented with antenna lines. Beauty meets construction as this is definitely one well made phone. Package includes - ejector pin, charger, data cable.
Under the hood, lies an energy efficient processor we came to know - Mediatek Helio P10 MT6755M clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with Mali T860 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB Internal Storage (you do get at last 23GB storage). We tested it out with Antutu and it registered a score of nearing 47K mark. Like similar specs phones, this setup is mostly optimized for battery efficiency rather than performance but so far it ran social media, online games and heavy games (low - medium settings).
As for its optics, Meizu M3e is equipped with 13MP PDAF Rear Camera with Sony IMX 258 sensor at f/2.2 aperture supported by Dual Tone LED Flash. Outputs are just decent less clarity but colors are on point. Has Manual Although we found it different for 5MP f/2.0 front cameras it was detailed even in low light condition.
Meizu is dual sim dual standby handset though you need to sacrifice this feature if you need additional storage. WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS is available including LTE data connection. USB OTG is supported. As for sensors, it does have nearly all - Accelerometer, Orientation, Proximity, Light and of course gyroscope for AR and VR. Fingerprint sensor is embedded with the home button that keep other people from accessing your device.
Runs on Flyme OS 5.2.1 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Oh navigation is different as you make use of home button. A single tap is back, long tap for home and double tap for multitasking. Offers themes and other system management tools. Oh if wondering how to screen grab, press at the same time (not hold) volume + - plus Although one big problem though we did'nt see Google Playstore!!! So is this a chinese import?
