Internally, they make use of Huawei Kirin 710A Octa-Core Processor with Mali G51 GPU. This processor is made made by SMIC with 14nm process. The original Kirin 710 SoC on older devices is made using the 12nm node by TSMC. Huawei MatePad T10s gets a 3GB RAM / 64GB storage setup while Huawei MatePad T10 gets a 2GB RAM / 32GB storage.
