5. To be eligible for the Draw, the individual must fulfil the following criteria:

Raffle Draw and Prize:
1. Deadline of entries for the weekly raffle will be every Saturday 11:59 PM. Raffle Draw winners will be electronically generated.
2. Weekly Raffle winners will be announced a week after draw via our ASUS PH Facebook page.
3. Winners will also be notified via registered mail, email, Call and SMS for claiming instructions from an ASUS Representative.
4. A person can only win once per raffle entry. However, the more entries submitted the more chances of winning.

7. Our Grand Prize winners can win a free trip to El Nido, Palawan for 3 days and 2 nights (breakfast included). Travel Duration will be valid for one year after claiming and confirmation of entries.
8. Grand Prize winners will be drawn on January 08, 2018 at the ASUS Philippines office at Hanston Building, Emerald Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig City with the presence of representatives from Department of Trade and Industry.
9. ASUS Philippines will shoulder the winner's tax relating to the raffle prize. The raffle prize is not convertible to cash however can be transferrable. Other related expenses relative to receiving the grand prize (such as Pocket Money) will be shouldered by the winner.
10. ASUS Philippines deserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry. The winner’s purchase should be valid order (Activation date should not be before the purchase date), with no cancellations, duplicate entries, returns or refunds.
Claiming and Notification
1. The raffle draw winner will be notified via registered mail, Email, SMS and Telephone Call from an ASUS Representative regarding instructions on claiming.
2. For Metro Manila winners, they can claim their prize at ASUS Technology Philippines Inc office. Located at 4th Floor, Hanston Building, Don F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605, Philippines.
3. For Outside Metro Manila, the winner should submit their colored scanned copies of their documents via email for verification. An ASUS Representative will verify the following documents for 24-48 hours and will notify the winner for the shipping instructions of their prizes.
4. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from the receipt of notification. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior DTI approval.
5. Upon claiming of his prize, the winner should present the following:
Original 2 Valid IDs – Government and Private Issued
Original Copy - Proof of Purchase – Invoice, Receipt

8. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of ASUS Philippines related to the draw.
