Cherry Mobile G1 sports a 5 inch HD IPS Display with Dragontrail Scratch-Resitant Glass and OnCell LCD Technology. Powering the device is a 64bit Snapdragon 410 Quad-Core Processor supported by 2GB RAM and 16GB Internal Storage. A MicroSD card slot is available for added storage option.
For its optics, it is equipped with a 13MP BSI primary rear camera with Dual LED Flash and 5MP BSI front camera.
An updated WiFi ac module, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS serves its basic connectivity features. Data connectivity is course thru LTE / HSPA+ for on the go internet connection. The G1 is a Dual Sim / Dual Standby Handset.
Under the Android One program of Google, the Cherry Mobile G1 wwill be able to get software updates for two years so you won't be left out if there will be a new features from Google's Android OS. Cherry Mobile runs the latest Android Lollipop 5.1.1.
For 5,999, you do get a very dedicated smartphone with updated specs, software and is supported by Google. Availability has not yet been disclosed but I am sure it is just around the corner so stay tuned.
