Cloudfone Excite 501o - Cheapest Octa-Core Android Smartphone

Presenting the most affordable Octa-Core Android Smartphone (for now) in the Philippines, Cloudfone Excite 501o.

The 501o will house a 5 inch qHD IPS Display powered by 1.7GHz Octa-Core Processor Mediatek MT6592 complimented with 1GB RAM and 8GB Internal Storage. It is a Dual SIM/Dual Standby handset and comes with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G/HSPA+ for connectivity. For its optics, it is equipped with 8MP Rear camera supported with Flash and 5MP Front-facing camera. Runs on Android 4.4 KitKat which should give you a more dated Android Experience. Other than that it supports USB-OTG which should provide additional set of connectivity and is great playing games on a controller.

The Excite 501o by Cloudfone is a notable contender for the Octa-Core ng Bayan Crown. Though not HD but 5 inch qHD will perform much better and more energy efficient together with full-blown Mediatek Octa-Core processor (Not the mobile version compared to others). 5MP Front camera is another thing to consider, banking on the selfie trend like its competition. Finally, it is price for only 4,999 PESOS which should make it the most cheapest Octa-Core in the market today.
