The 7inch Mediapad Vogue and the 10 inch Mediapad Link are Tablets with Phone Capabilities. These two devices share the same hardware and runs on Jellybean with Huawei's home-brew K3V2 Quad-Core chip coupled with 1GB RAM. Phone storage for Vogue is at 8GB while you can choose 8/16/32GB for Link. Equipped with just basic 3.15MP Rear and VGA front Camera and the usual connectivity of WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Both support USB OTG but NO HDMI nor MHL for TV-out here. Anyways, with battery life Vogue gets 4100 mAh and Link is at 6600 mAh.
There is no notable unique features, more or less Huawei provided us with just the basic tablet necessities plus telephony. Big or Small screen.... We have here alternatives or options. However ordinary as it is we are certain that Huawei being a world leader in the industry we are ensured of quality and support.
