Refining its recommendation engines gets customized and relevant shopping suggestions for their customers.
With personalized recommendations, it increases overall awareness and conversions. Businesses that use Shopee's in-app advertisements get 65% more sales activity as it is powered by Shopee's own AI capabilities that ensure advertisements are delivered to the right users.

3.) Integration: Creating a seamless customer journey
