The Flare S2 first leaked via Cherry Mobile own flier with their Fiesta of Smartphones. Accordingly it packs a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS Display (5pt Multi-Touch and On-Cell Screen) and is powerred by 1.3GHz clocked Quad-Core Mediatek 6582 Processor, Mali-400 MP2 GPU with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of Internal Storage.Comes with MicroSD expansion slot.

It has HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS for connectivity. To distinguish it from its siblings, Cherry Mobile has given it a 8MP Sony IMX 179 primary back camera for better captures and output paired with Dual LED Flash. It does also packs 2MP front for your selfie and video chat needs. Battery is at 1800mAh, well at the very least it is bigger than its flare siblings. If your wondering NOT USB-OTG.

Cherry Mobile Flare S2 is a great successor for the Flare line with a better screen, up-to-date hardware, improved camera sensor and price at only 4,699.00 pesos. With what's posted at Flare S2 Official Facebook Groups, (big shout out to all you guys there!), Flare S2 is performing incredibly well in all aspects so success might come 2nd time around.
