Sporting 5 inch HD IPS Display powered by 1.7GHz Octa-Core Processor (Mediatek MT6592 / Mali-450GPU) coupled with 1GB RAM and 4GB Internal Storage (expandable via MicroSD), overall this kind of setup of hardware would give and smooth Android and Gaming experience even on Android 4.2.2 Jellybean.

This is a Dual Sim handset that support the regular sized Sim cards. Only WiFi is stated but I am sure it packs Bluetooth and GPS as well as HSPA+ for data.

Arc Mobile 650d: Phablet (or Tablet with Phone Functions) on a Budget

Spotted Arc Mobile 650d Tab (Phablet for me) that does not hurt your wallet. It has a 6.5 inch Display powered by 1.3GHz (Mediatek 6572/8312?) Dual-Core Processor coupled with 512MB RAM and 4GB of Internal Storage.

There are just a few details for other hardware like camera and connectivity. It only packs a VGA Rear (W/ Flash See Pic) and Front. It only states that it does support WiFi and is a Dual-Sim device. Battery is at 2200mAh.

Sold for 3,599.00 packing a 6.5 inch with phone capabilities, throw in that big battery its clearly a steal. Though I think its clear that they made cuts with the camera and maybe connectivity but still Arc Mobile will not be overlook when looking a Budget Phablet in this price range.

Wait a minute, hold it right there.Well accordingly it is a Tablet with Phone functionality with 2G connecctivity (Yikes!!! minus pogi points) If  this is the case then its a small one in terms of display and battery. Tablets nowadays have 2500mAh and has hdmi ports and USB capabilities so therefore if it lacks features like those then it fails to meet standards.

MY THOUGHTS: This unit might be packing Mediatek 6572 / 8312 Dual-Core Processor so therefore MALI-400 GPU. The display may have a WVGA resolution (800 x 480 pixels) see picture as it icons are quite large. Think they cut back on some items most likely Bluetooth and GPS then again I await Arc Mobile to respond.
