Alcatel officially launch its new OneTouch Flash 2 Smartphone!
Alcatel focused on design with "Perfect in Hand"in mind with contoured sides and curved back for great grip and ergonomics. Comes in "mark-free" special coat making it spot-less and dirt-free. The Power of Green is seen as accent to the device with the green circular home capacitive key and Green ring at the rear camera.
Under the hood, it is powered by 64bit 1.3 Octa-Core A53-Cortex Mediatek MT6753 Processor and comes with Mali-T720MP3 graphics supported by 2GB LPDDR3 SDRAM. You have more power, memory and efficiency as well as abundant storage with 16GB flash storage that can be expanded via microSD card slot up to 128GB.
Flash 2 is also focused on photography with gSight and Profie Camera. gSight as they put it is its main rear camera at 13MP utilizing Samsung ISOCELL S5K3M2 sensor with an aperture f2.0, Phase Detection AutoFocus and 80* wide angle lens complimented with Dual Real Tone Flash. As for its front Profie camera, it is at 5MP AutoFocus with a 1/4" larger sensor and aperture of f2.2 that makes it great in low light and other lighting condition and if you need more light it has a front-facing led flash. Your selfies won't be dark anymore that's for sure. Taking it to the next level, Alcatel adds various modes like superfine, live photo, time lapse, face beauty and among other for greater creative control. Oh forgot, it has a dedicated camera button.
As for connectivity, it is Dual Sim Dual Standby Handset with both sim cards supports LTE. One cellular data at the time but you can easily switch to the other network if your data is unreliable. Other standard connectivity features like WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS (aGPS, GLONASS) is also available.

You get Unit, Headset, Charger, Data Cable, Quick Start Guide, Screen Guard and PLeather Rear Cover.
It has a great aesthetics with clear cut glass on the front featuring a circular green home button together with capacitive keys accentuated with silver at top and bottom bezel that runs on the sides housing the volume rocker, power/lock and dedicated camera shutter. The back case is made with a sandstone-like matte coating that has a good feel, not slippery and does not attract smudges nor fingerprints. A green ring around the camera is another accent as Alcatel highlights the Mobile Photography capabilities of the device. It turns to Luxury, as it comes with a leather rear case with stitch lining and branding.
The Flash 2 runs smooth and fluid Android Lollipop Stock UI with less bloatwares. You also have gesture controls with Double Tape to wake and other smart gestures. Antutu benchmark reached nearing 37K score. I am pretty sure it will handle most of the apps you throw at it.

So far the Phase Detection Auto Focus works fast and stays focus. Tried Focus test, Left Shot focuses on the Teddy while Right Shot focuses on the background.
No problem in taking photos in well lit or low light conditions. Level of saturation is on point and no signs of details washing out. Shots taken in low light is not grainy.
The Front Camera also take great selfies even in low light. Front LED Flash adds light support when need arises.
Another convenience Alcatel made it easy access to your sim cards and microSD card. You could insert and change at an instant without rebooting your device. You could also lock it to your desired signal such as "4G Only" suitable when playing online games or streaming so as you connection won't fluctuate going.
Update! Flash 2 is said to get Android Marshmallow in March 2016! and will be offered with two new colors Rose Gold and Mica White in Mid January 2016... Oh and its said that there will be a Ceramic Green. To clarify the back covers will be bundled with your purchase of Alcatel Flash 2. Other Accessories will also come like Flipcase and among others.
