The Starmobile Play comes with the most decent specs sporting a 4 inch WVGA Display powered by Dual-Core Mediatek MT6572 Processor with Mali-400MP GPU. Its memory comes only 512MB and 4GB Internal Storage. Basically it should run you all-time favorites apps and a few hd games with a slight hiccup.
Moving on to the camera, it does pack a 5MP/VGA combo with LED support on the back. Its fixed focus but it will do for those regular picture-taking and video chats.
