Acer unleashes new Predator, Display and Gadgets - Orion 9000, X35 Curved Display, Galea 500 and Cestus 500.



Predator Orion 9000 sports a black-and-silver spacecraft-like exterior accented with customizable RGB lighting. Easy access to interior with side window panel so you could easily change internal setup at a flash. Materials used EMI-certified to keep electromagnetic interference (EMI) levels in check. With handles and wheels, you can take this monster out.

To keep things cool Predator Orion 9000 series comes with liquid cooling and Acer’s IceTunnel 2.0. Metal mesh panels on the front and top allow cold air in and the rising hot air of the liquid-cooled CPU out, while up to five (5) 120 mm fans in the front, top, and back channel cool air through the chassis. Airflow is redirected towards the back of the motherboard tray to cool the internal devices while blower-style fans concentrate to keep graphic card cool. Thermal interference is avoided witth PSU self-contained.

Acer raises the bar to support up to 4 Radeon RX Vega cards as well as have the option of two NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1080Ti cards in SLI. Intel® Core™ i9 Extreme Edition 18-core processor and up to 128 GB quad-channel DDR4 memory will provide exceptional performance and raw power.

Connectivity includes two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports (one Type-C and one Type-A), eight USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (one Type-C and seven Type-A) and two USB 2.0 ports (Type-A). Three (3) M.2 slots to extend the ability to increase the speed, power and capabilities of the PC, and Four (4) PCIe x16 slots provide ample expansion for video cards.
